Slaw

1/4 red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 celery stick, thinly sliced
1 granny smith apple, julienned

Dressing:
1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 small lemon

1. Combine dressing in small bowl
2. combine cabbage, carrot, celery, and apple, toss in dressing to give good coverage.

Best served with smoked pork belly in sandwich/burger roll with bbq sauce and spiced sweet potato fries.
