1tsp cornflour
Half Chinese Bowl of water
Oil
Small jar of hoisin
1cm ginger, julienned
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2tbs sugar
Combine cornflour and water to make a runny paste
On medium heat, fry ginger and garlic in small oiled saucepan
Add hoisin, cornflour mixture and sugar, simmer until mixture is slightly thicker.
Consistency should be like pancake batter
Serve with Rice Paper Rolls
