Vanilla Slice

2pkts Lattice biscuits 
300ml Milk
600 ml Thickened Cream 
2pkts x 100g of Instant Vanilla Pudding
  1. Beat Milk, Pudding Mix and Thickened Cream till smooth (careful not to curdle)
  2. Spread over a layer of Lattice Biscuits 
  3. Place another layer of Lattice Biscuits on top
  4. Place in fridge to set
