Choc Weetbix Slice



SLICE
6 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbs peanuts
4 weetbix
4 tbsp cocoa/cacao
3/4 cup sultanas
2 large tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp honey
2 tbs water

TOPPING
4 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted


  1. Put the dry slice ingredients in food processor and pulse to crumb texture
  2. Add rest of ingredients and process until smooth like fudge.
  3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  4. Press the mixture into tin
  5. Top with melted dark choc
  6. Leave to set in the fridge
  7. Once set, slice into 12 pieces
