SLICE
6 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbs peanuts
4 weetbix
4 tbsp cocoa/cacao
3/4 cup sultanas
2 large tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp honey
2 tbs water
TOPPING
4 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted
- Put the dry slice ingredients in food processor and pulse to crumb texture
- Add rest of ingredients and process until smooth like fudge.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Press the mixture into tin
- Top with melted dark choc
- Leave to set in the fridge
- Once set, slice into 12 pieces
